The three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealed butterfly valve series is a newly developed long-life, leak free, and energy-saving butterfly valve by our company. The product complies with the national standards JB/T8527-97 (Metal Hard Seal Butterfly Valve), FB/T13927-92 (General Valve Pressure Test), and other relevant standards for valves. Combined with advanced technology at home and abroad, it adopts a three-dimensional eccentric principle design, and the sealing ring adopts a multi-level structure with both hard and soft seals. It is suitable for regulating and cutting off fluids on medium pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, air, gas, and water supply and drainage with medium temperature ≤ 650. The sealing performance is reliable, and it is an extension and development of general butterfly valves to the medium pressure and high pressure fields. Based on this structure, polytetrafluoroethylene can be used instead of multi-layer sealing rings to form a new generation of three eccentric PTFE sealed butterfly valves, which are widely used in corrosive media with temperatures ≤ 200 ℃.
